Matthew Hopkins
Matthew Hopkins serves as the Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer of Hopkins Legacy Group. With more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and five years as a logistics supervisor with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Matthew brings a unique blend of operational expertise, leadership, and discipline to the company.
At HLG, Matthew focuses on operations, strategic planning, and long-term growth. His leadership philosophy centers on building scalable systems, maintaining financial discipline, and positioning each venture for multi-generational success.
Guided by his Christian values and a strong commitment to family, Matthew is dedicated to creating businesses that not only generate lasting value but also contribute positively to the communities they serve.
Irene Nadine Hopkins
Irene Nadine Hopkins is the Co-Founder and Managing Member of Hopkins Legacy Group, where she leads the company’s financial services arm. Licensed in both Texas, Arizona, and all across the United States, Irene specializes in life insurance strategies with a focus on Index Universal Life (IUL) policies that help families protect their futures and build lasting legacies. She partners with leading carriers to deliver tailored solutions designed around each client’s needs.
Irene brings a diverse professional background, with experience in healthcare, hospitality, sales and marketing, and teaching. This breadth of expertise enables her to connect with clients on a personal level while offering professional guidance rooted in education and clarity.
Driven by her faith, dedication to family, and a deep commitment to serving others, Irene approaches every client relationship with integrity and purpose. Having immigrated from Cameroon in 2023, she brings a global perspective to her work and embodies the values of perseverance, opportunity, and legacy-building that define HLG.
